Use the belt for wrap-around coverage of a targeted area, such as your waist or lower back. Choose the mat when you want a larger surface to rest on. Exact mat coverage depends on your height and position.

Mat settings
Choose from five brightness levels (P1–P5), 10/40 Hz pulse settings and a 10–90-minute adjustable timer. The timer range is not a recommended session duration; follow the instructions supplied with each device.
How to use
Read each device's manual before first use, including its light-sensitivity check and precautions. Fit the belt as instructed. Lay the mat flat, connect its controller and power adapter, and choose your settings according to the manual. Stay awake during use. Roll the mat for storage without folding or creasing it.

After living with chronic muscular pain for 39 years, I'm naturally cautious about trying new therapies. After just one 10-minute Lumovex session, I experienced a wonderfully soothing warmth and a unique sensation like countless tiny 'food mixers' gently stirring out long-held tension. I found it so deeply therapeutic that I couldn't wait to use it again the following morning.
After 20 minutes lifting rubble on a steep slope, I expected my lower back to be very sore the next day, but was pleasantly surprised by how comfortable it felt. A second day of heavy exertion I noticed the recovery was immediate after using the RLT pad again, incredible piece of kit. Early days, will post again when fully tested it out for a month or so.

The smooth finish comes from the wipe-clean TPU coating, which makes the mat easy to clean and maintain. It can feel slightly tacky when it's brand new, but this usually improves with regular use. A quick wipe with a dry cloth before use can also help.
