Why Choose the Larger Mat?

After living with chronic muscular pain for 39 years, I'm naturally cautious about trying new therapies. After just one 10-minute Lumovex session, I experienced a wonderfully soothing warmth and a unique sensation like countless tiny 'food mixers' gently stirring out long-held tension. I found it so deeply therapeutic that I couldn't wait to use it again the following morning.
After 20 minutes lifting rubble on a steep slope, I expected my lower back to be very sore the next day, but was pleasantly surprised by how comfortable it felt. A second day of heavy exertion I noticed the recovery was immediate after using the RLT pad again, incredible piece of kit. Early days, will post again when fully tested it out for a month or so.

The smooth finish comes from the wipe-clean TPU coating, which makes the mat easy to clean and maintain. It can feel slightly tacky when it's brand new, but this usually improves with regular use. A quick wipe with a dry cloth before use can also help.
