1. About Lumovex
Lumovex is a UK-based company selling red light therapy devices for home use. Our products are designed for general wellness purposes and are not medical devices.
2. Product Use
Intended Use: Our red light therapy devices are intended for general wellness, skincare, and relaxation purposes only.
Not Medical Devices: Lumovex products are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. If you have a medical condition, consult a healthcare professional before use.
Contraindications: Do not use our products if you:
- Are pregnant (without medical advice)
- Have photosensitivity conditions
- Are taking medications that increase light sensitivity
- Have active skin cancer in the treatment area
- Have epilepsy or seizure disorders (strobe-sensitive)
Always read the product manual before first use.
3. Orders & Payment
Pricing: All prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time.
Payment: We accept major credit/debit cards and PayPal. Payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments.
Order Confirmation: You'll receive an email confirmation when your order is placed and another when it ships.
Stock: All orders are subject to availability. If an item is out of stock, we'll contact you to offer alternatives or a full refund.
4. Shipping & Delivery
UK Delivery: We offer free standard delivery on orders over £50. Standard delivery takes 3-5 working days.
Express Delivery: Available at checkout for an additional fee (1-2 working days).
International: We currently ship to UK addresses only.

- 30-day money-back guarantee on unopened items
- 14-day return window for opened items (restocking fee may apply)
- Faulty items replaced or refunded at any time within warranty
6. Warranty
Coverage: All Lumovex devices come with a 12-month manufacturer warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship.
What's Not Covered:
- Damage from misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications
- Normal wear and tear
- Cosmetic damage that doesn't affect function
- Damage from power surges
Claims: To make a warranty claim, email hello@lumovex.co.uk with your order number and photos of the issue.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website—including text, images, logos, and product designs—is owned by Lumovex and protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.
8. User Accounts
If you create an account, you're responsible for maintaining its security. Keep your password confidential. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lumovex is not liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
