Try any Lumovex device risk-free for 30 days. If it doesn't meet your expectations, return it for a full refund—no questions asked.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
- Item must be returned within 30 days of delivery
- Product must be in original packaging with all accessories
- Item should be in resaleable condition (clean, undamaged)
- Proof of purchase required (order confirmation email)
Non-returnable items:
- Items damaged through misuse
- Products without original packaging
- Items marked as final sale
How to Return
- Contact us: Email hello@lumovex.co.uk with your order number and reason for return
- Get approval: We'll send you a returns authorisation and shipping instructions
- Pack securely: Use original packaging if possible, include all accessories
- Ship it back: Send to the address provided (return shipping is your responsibility unless item is faulty)
- Refund processed: Within 5-7 business days of receiving your return
Refunds
Refund method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Processing time: 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
Shipping costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or we made an error.
Faulty or Damaged Items
Received a faulty or damaged item? We'll make it right:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage
- We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund (including shipping)
- No need to return damaged items in most cases
Warranty
All Lumovex devices come with a 1-year manufacturer warranty covering manufacturing defects, LED failure, and electrical faults.
Not covered: Accidental damage, misuse, normal wear and tear.
To claim: Email hello@lumovex.co.uk with your order number, description of the issue, and photos/video if possible.
Exchanges
Want a different product? Return your original item for a refund, then place a new order. This ensures the fastest processing.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund within 10 business days:
- Check your bank account and pending transactions
- Contact your credit card company (refunds can take time to post)
- Contact your bank
