Try any Lumovex device risk-free for 30 days. If it doesn't meet your expectations, return it for a full refund—no questions asked.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be returned within 30 days of delivery
  • Product must be in original packaging with all accessories
  • Item should be in resaleable condition (clean, undamaged)
  • Proof of purchase required (order confirmation email)

Non-returnable items:

  • Items damaged through misuse
  • Products without original packaging
  • Items marked as final sale

How to Return

  1. Contact us: Email hello@lumovex.co.uk with your order number and reason for return
  2. Get approval: We'll send you a returns authorisation and shipping instructions
  3. Pack securely: Use original packaging if possible, include all accessories
  4. Ship it back: Send to the address provided (return shipping is your responsibility unless item is faulty)
  5. Refund processed: Within 5-7 business days of receiving your return

Refunds

Refund method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Processing time: 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return.

Shipping costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or we made an error.

Faulty or Damaged Items

Received a faulty or damaged item? We'll make it right:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage
  • We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund (including shipping)
  • No need to return damaged items in most cases

Warranty

All Lumovex devices come with a 1-year manufacturer warranty covering manufacturing defects, LED failure, and electrical faults.

Not covered: Accidental damage, misuse, normal wear and tear.

Exchanges

Want a different product? Return your original item for a refund, then place a new order. This ensures the fastest processing.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within 10 business days:

  1. Check your bank account and pending transactions
  2. Contact your credit card company (refunds can take time to post)
  3. Contact your bank
