I’ve been using my red light therapy for a back injury, I’m really impressed. The equipment is well made and good quality. The instructions explain more than just the equipment itself and about building up usage. I’m enjoying including this to my routine and will be purchasing the body mat for my son for Christmas. Nothing is a miracle cure but a little improvement is very welcome. Definitely money well spent
Good panel let down by poor ‘user manual’ just one sheet of what looks like a mediocre photo copy. You’d think they’d make some effort.

This is my favourite out of my home set up, The mat and the face mask together are amazing. I’ve definitely noticed the difference in my back pain, using the mat takes the edge off. Worth every penny!
When I bought this product I really thought I'd been scammed due to address details, but I am pleasantly surprised. Due to my allergies I had to wait a few days to use the mask to allow the rubber smell to abate, but now, after reading all the literature and asking a few questions on the dedicated website, I am using my mask and neck brace with ease. I found the timer a little difficult at first but you pick the mode then length of time then the on/off switch to activate it. I've used the rejuvenate mode 5 times now and am really getting in to a routine, as well as relaxing. It's too early to say I've noticed any change, but Lumovex does say it takes 4-6 weeks before you'll see any results so be patient. I'll update you in 5 weeks time.

After living with chronic muscular pain for 39 years, I'm naturally cautious about trying new therapies. After just one 10-minute Lumovex session, I experienced a wonderfully soothing warmth and a unique sensation like countless tiny 'food mixers' gently stirring out long-held tension. I found it so deeply therapeutic that I couldn't wait to use it again the following morning.
After 20 minutes lifting rubble on a steep slope, I expected my lower back to be very sore the next day, but was pleasantly surprised by how comfortable it felt. A second day of heavy exertion I noticed the recovery was immediate after using the RLT pad again, incredible piece of kit. Early days, will post again when fully tested it out for a month or so.

The smooth finish comes from the wipe-clean TPU coating, which makes the mat easy to clean and maintain. It can feel slightly tacky when it's brand new, but this usually improves with regular use. A quick wipe with a dry cloth before use can also help.
