All Lumovex orders ship from our UK warehouse. No customs fees, no hidden charges — the price you see is the price you pay.
UK Delivery
Free Standard Delivery on all orders
- Delivery: 2-4 business days
- Dispatched within 24 hours (Monday–Friday)
- Tracked shipping via Royal Mail or DPD
Express Delivery — £4.99
- Delivery: 1-2 business days
- Order before 2pm for same-day dispatch
Order Tracking
Every order includes tracking. You'll receive:
- Order confirmation email immediately
- Shipping confirmation with tracking link when dispatched
- Delivery updates via email or SMS
Track your order anytime at Track My Order or via the link in your shipping email.
Dispatch Times
- Orders placed before 2pm (Mon–Fri): dispatched same day
- Orders placed after 2pm or weekends: dispatched next business day
- Bank holidays may add 1-2 days
International Shipping
We currently ship to UK addresses only. International shipping coming soon — join our mailing list to be notified.
Delivery Issues
Not arrived? If your order hasn't arrived within 7 business days, contact us and we'll investigate immediately.
Damaged in transit? Email us within 48 hours with photos — we'll send a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Wrong address? Contact us ASAP. If the order hasn't shipped, we can update it. Once shipped, we may not be able to redirect.
