Set up in four steps
Lay it flat
Unroll the mat on a flat, dry surface. Check the mat, controller, adapter and cables for damage. Do not use damaged or wet equipment.
Connect the supplied parts
With the power off, connect the controller and adapter as shown in the manual, then connect the power cord to the mains. Use only the supplied power equipment and follow the manual’s adapter setup.
Set the controller
Use the power button to switch on. Adjust brightness with +/−, use the timer to set your session, and select a pulse mode if required.
Stay awake, then switch off
Remain awake and able to operate the controls throughout use. Stop if you experience sensitivity or discomfort. Switch off and unplug after your session.
Understand your controller
