Setup

  1. Unroll: Place mat on flat surface (bed, floor, or massage table)
  2. Connect: Plug controller into mat, then into power
  3. Power on: Press controller to activate LEDs

How to Use

  1. Prepare: Wear minimal clothing for best results (underwear or thin shorts/shirt)
  2. Position: Lie on the mat, back down
  3. Relax: Close eyes, breathe deeply
  4. Duration: 15-20 minutes
  5. Flip: Turn over for front body treatment if desired

Treatment Positions

  • Back down: Spine, back muscles, glutes, hamstrings
  • Front down: Chest, abs, quads (use pillow under head)
  • Side lying: Target hips and obliques
  • Legs elevated: Great for recovery and circulation

Recommended Protocol
