- May help support muscle recovery as part of a regular routine. Results vary.
Recovery and inflammation: what to expect
Red and near-infrared light may help support post-exercise recovery. Research into photobiomodulation also explores its effects on inflammatory responses, but results depend on the device, dose and study conditions. Clinical research is not proof that this belt treats inflammation or a medical condition.
For context, see a controlled study of infrared laser therapy and exercise-related inflammatory markers. That study used a clinical laser, not this belt.
Care Instructions
- Switch off and disconnect from the power source before cleaning. Wipe the LED surface with a soft cloth, following the supplied care instructions.
- Don't machine wash
- Store flat or loosely rolled
