Unsubscribe
Sorry to see you go. Here is how to stop emails from Lumovex.
Use the link in the email
Every Lumovex email has an Unsubscribe link at the bottom. Clicking it removes you straight away. If you have landed here, the link may have been opened without its personal code, or it has expired.
Or ask us to remove you
Email hello@lumovex.co.uk with the subject Unsubscribe from the address you want removed, and we will take you off all marketing emails, usually within one working day.
Order emails
Unsubscribing stops marketing emails only. You will still receive emails about any order you place, such as confirmations and delivery updates.
