Setup (2 minutes)
- Position: Place panel on a flat surface or lean against a stable object
- Connect power: Plug in the power cable and switch on
Your First Treatment
- Position: Place panel 6-12 inches (15-30cm) from treatment area
- Duration: Start with 10 minutes per area
- Frequency: Use 3-5 times per week
Treatment Tips
- Clean, bare skin works best — remove makeup, lotions, or sunscreen
- You may feel gentle warmth — this is normal
- No UV rays — completely safe for regular use
- Best times: morning (energy boost) or evening (recovery & sleep)
Recommended Areas
- Face & neck: 10 mins for skin rejuvenation
- Shoulders & upper back: 10-15 mins for tension relief
- Chest: 10 mins for overall wellness
