Quick Start Guide: Spectrum Pro Mask + Neck

Initial Setup

  1. Charge both controllers fully - connect via USB-C and allow 2-3 hours for a full charge
  2. Connect the mask - plug the mask into the main controller
  3. Attach the neck piece - the neck piece plugs into the same controller, so one unit powers both the mask and neck piece together
  4. Adjust the straps - ensure a comfortable, secure fit across your face and neck

Independent Neck Use

The neck piece comes with its own dedicated controller. If you only want to target your neck, simply plug the neck piece into its own controller - no need to wear the full mask. This is great for quick targeted sessions or when you want to focus solely on neck and jawline.

Your First Session

  1. Cleanse your skin - start with clean, dry skin on both face and neck for optimal light delivery
  2. Position the mask and neck piece - put on the mask first, then adjust the neck piece so it sits comfortably against your neck
  3. Select your mode - choose from 4 light modes using the controller
  4. Relax for 10-15 minutes - the device will auto-complete the session
  5. Apply your skincare - serums and moisturisers absorb better immediately after a session

Four Light Modes

  • Red (660nm) - supports a smoother-looking, more refreshed complexion
  • Near-Infrared (850nm) - designed to complement your overall skincare routine with deeper light delivery
  • Amber - designed to support calmer-looking skin and a more balanced complexion
  • Green - supports a brighter-looking, more even-looking complexion

Recommended Routine

  • Frequency: 3-5 sessions per week
  • Duration: 10-15 minutes per session
  • Best time: Morning or evening - whatever fits your routine
  • Consistency: Regular use over 4-8 weeks is key

Care and Maintenance

  • Wipe the interior of both the mask and neck piece with a soft, dry cloth after each use
  • Store away from direct sunlight
  • Do not submerge in water
  • Charge controllers when the battery indicator is low

  • Use on clean, bare skin before applying any products
  • Apply vitamin C serum or moisturiser immediately after your session
